Hivve Brand FAQ

Hivve charges a simple 15% commission on the wholesale value of goods sold through the platform. If VAT-registered, the commission is calculated on the VAT-excluded wholesale price. There are no setup fees, subscriptions, or listing costs.

Enter the outer measurements (Length × Width × Height) and weight of a single sellable unit in its retail packaging. If products are sold in packs or cases, one “unit” is the full pack/case, so dimensions must reflect the entire package. This ensures accurate courier pricing and safe packaging. You can set the product dimensions by navigating to the specific product within the product tab of your profile.

When a retailer places an order, you’re notified to prepare the shipment. From your dashboard, book a PUDO locker-to-locker delivery (Courier Guy network) and drop the parcel at your nearest locker. Hivve covers the cost if the correct locker size is chosen. Door-to-door or special arrangements can be set up on request.

Hivve initiates payouts every Friday.

If a shipment is marked as received before close of business on a Wednesday, the payout will be processed that same Friday. Shipments marked as received after COB Wednesday are paid the following Friday.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hivve guarantees payment within 30 days of the shipment date for all brands. Commission is deducted automatically. Payments are transferred via EFT and typically clear within 1–2 business days.

Hivve handles perfect-condition returns and may redistribute them. Defective or misdescribed items can result in payout deductions. Damages or missing items are reported by retailers of Hivve; and brands are responsible for resolution.

MOQs are set per product and shown on your shop page. Adjust these values anytime through your brand dashboard.

Yes. You can update product details, pricing, MOQs, and stock levels from your brand dashboard. Changes to stock levels are applied immediately, while edits to other fields (such as product descriptions or pricing) will go through a quick review and approval process. If you experience any restrictions or need assistance, contact Hivve support.

Keep inventory updated in your dashboard. Quantities are automatically reduced when an order is placed. Remove discontinued or out-of-stock products promptly.
